Food (Day 20)

Lost only 2 kgs in 19 days. Actually these numbers are really good. It corresponds to 3 kgs in a month which is very healthy. I say "only 2 kgs" because the very top, the very ugly 1 kg was put on only in the very last day just before I started to keep this blog.
